Cancellation policy

At DermSkincare, we strive to process and ship orders quickly so you receive your products as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Auto-Replenishment Subscriptions

Customers enrolled in Auto-Replenishment may modify, skip, or cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard prior to the next scheduled shipment.

Changes must be made before the upcoming order is processed.

Returns Instead of Cancellation

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want the product, you may request a return according to our return policy.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect product was sent.
