Can I buy online and pickup in office?

No, we currently do notofferoffice pick up.

Does Dermskincare offer Bulk Purchasing?  

We do not offer bulk purchases on any of our products. 

I would like samples to be shipped to me. Is this possible?  

Samples are included in all online purchases. We will not ship samples individually without an order being placed.

My coupon code doesn’t work. What should I do? 

Make sure you are logged into your DermSkincare account. The coupon code will not work if you are not signed in. If the code is still not working,please contact us

How will I know if my order qualifies for promo?  

The promotional item of discount will be shown at checkout. If your order does not qualify,it will either be an error message or message prompting you to adjust your cart to meet the promotional requirements. 

What is the return policy?

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. For returned items that are unused and in their original condition only, we will refund the full order amount minus any shipping costs for the return. Please allow for the credit process to your original utilized payment method. Used products cannot be returned.

Exchanges are treated the same as a returned item/order. Only unused and unopened products in their original condition that can be resold may be returned. For any accepted exchange, a new order will be placed for the desired products. This will generate a new tracking number. All returns from you to us are shipped FOB destination and we assume no liability for returned items lost in transit to us.

Returns and exchanges for orders placed on Dermskincare.com must be initiated through Dermskincare.com. In office locations cannot process refunds, returns, or exchanges for online orders.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information is provided by a third party (the carrier).

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number. Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our customer care team and the carrier immediately to initiate a investigation.

How much does shipping cost?

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Base shipping rate is $10 for orders less than $100

Free Shipping:  Orders $100 or more ship free. Transit times are not guaranteed and will vary based on the shipping destination.

Bank Your Bucks

I want a refund for my bank your bucks 

Bank your Bucks are non- Refundable.

I can’t find my bank your buck’s credit on my Dermskincare account. 

Bank your buck’s credit will be visible through your in-office patient portal. 

Can I use my Bank Your Bucks credit on products on Dermskincare?

No, your Bank Your Bucks credit can only be used for cosmetic services in office.

How does auto-replenishment work?

To utilize auto-replenishment, follow these steps:

  1. Select the product you desire
  2. Adjust the auto-replenishment frequency on the product page per your preference.
  3. Add the selected product to your cart. 
  4. Continue with the checkout process to confirm your order.
Can I customize the frequency of my auto-replenishment orders?

Yes, you have the option to customize the auto-replenishment frequency right on the product page before adding it to your shopping cart. You can use the drop-down menu to choose between 1, 2, or 3-month replenishment intervals.

Is there a minimum order requirement for auto-replenishment?

No, there is no minimum order requirement for auto-replenishment. However, please note that not all products offer the option for auto-replenishment.

How do I manage or update my auto-replenishment settings?

You have the flexibility to personalize the frequency of your auto-replenishments. To do so, log in to your account and navigate to the "My Subscriptions" section within your account page. Here, you can easily manage your subscription settings.

Can I pause, skip or cancel my auto-replenishment orders at any time?

Yes, you have the ability to pause, skip, or cancel your auto-replenishment at any time. Simply log in to your DermSkinCare account and access the "Auto- Replenishment" section on your account page. This is where you can conveniently adjust your subscription

Is there is discount or special pricing for auto-replenishment orders?

Certainly, products enrolled in the auto-replenishment program are eligible for a 10% discount on each order.

How will I be notified before my auto-replenishment order is processed?

You will receive an email notification regarding your upcoming fulfillment date.

Can I return or exchange items from my auto-replenishment orders?

If your payment fails, our system will make an additional attempt to process the payment. However, if we do not receive your payment for your auto-replenishment order, the order will not be processed.

Yes, you have the option to change the product in your auto-replenishment. Navigate to your account and manage subscriptions to make this change.

How do I update my shipping address or delivery instructions for auto-replenishment?

You can easily update your shipping or delivery address through your DermSkinCare account. Simply navigate to the "Address Book" section within your account, where you can edit your address information.

What happens if a product is out of stock when my auto-replenishment order is due?

In the event that a product is out of stock when your auto-replenishment order is due, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options to fulfill your order.
