All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders ship via FedEx.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders $100 or more ship free. Make sure that you select the Free Shipping option during the checkout process when placing your order. Transit times are not guaranteed and will vary based on the shipping destination.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information is provided by a third party (the carrier).
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number. Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our customer care team and the carrier immediately to initiate a investigation.
