Refund policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. For returned items that are unused and in their original condition only, we will refund the full order amount minus any shipping costs for the return. Please allow for the credit process to your original utilized payment method. Used products cannot be returned.

Exchanges are treated the same as a returned item/order. Only unused and unopened products in their original condition that can be resold may be returned. For any accepted exchange, a new order will be placed for the desired products. This will generate a new tracking number. All returns from you to us are shipped FOB destination and we assume no liability for returned items lost in transit to us.

Returns and exchanges for orders placed on Dermskincare.com must be initiated through Dermskincare.com. In office locations cannot process refunds, returns, or exchanges for online orders.

Damaged & Defective Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact us as soon as possible during the 14-day return period with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution. Damage reports submitted later than 14 days after delivery will not be processed. Please contact us before returning any product so that we can coordinate shipping tracking with you. If the goods are damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong product, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label. If the goods are not wanted, and in resalable condition, you will need to pay the shipping cost back to us.

When reporting damaged or defective shipments, we may ask for pictures showing the damage to the shipping container and/or product.

Auto-Replenishment

We are happy to offer our customers the opportunity to enroll in our auto-replenishment program. You can make changes to your subscription at any time by logging into your Dermksincare account.

Due to our processing timelines, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to shipping to make any changes to auto-replenishment orders (including pause, change of address or cancelation) if you require customer support assistance.

Spend points are not eligible for use on auto-replenishment orders.

Exceptions

“Bank Your Bucks” and any pre-payments made for cosmetic treatments may only be redeemed in office for full priced cosmetic services only and is not eligible for refunds.

Allergies

We understand that some products may not agree with everyone’s unique skin composition. If you experience a reaction to one of our products, please [contact us] so our team can evaluate whether a refund, credit, or replacement is appropriate. To ensure we are able to continue offering this option to customers, we may ask for various verifying information depending on your situation (such as photos, doctor’s notes, returned product, etc.).
