Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping:  Orders $100 and above ship free. Make sure that you select the Free Shipping option during the checkout process when placing your order. Transit times are not guaranteed and will vary based on the shipping destination.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information is provided by a third party (the carrier)

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. For returned items that are unused and in their original condition only , we will refund the full order amount minus any shipping costs for the return. Please allow for the credit process to your original utilized payment method. Opened products cannot be returned.

Exchanges are treated the same as a returned item/order. Only unused products in their original condition that can be resold may be returned. For any accepted exchange, a new order will be placed for the desired products. This will generate a new tracking number.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please email before returning any product so that we can coordinate shipping tracking with you. If the goods are damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong product, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label. If the goods are not wanted, and in resalable condition, you will need to pay the shipping cost back to us.
