This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Oliver Street Dermatology Management, LLC on behalf of its self and its practice entities d/b/a U. S. Dermatology Partners (“US Dermatology” or “we”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (“User” or “you”) of the DermSkinCare.com website (“Site”).

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, type of device, IP address, time zone, technical information about your device, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers you are using, the cookies that are installed on your device, and other similar information. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”. Device Information is not considered personally identifiably unless it is combined with contact information, account information, or other information that is unique to you. We only combine automatically collected data with identification data if it is necessary to do so to complete a task you have asked us to perform (for example, to troubleshoot a problem you are having with the Site) or if we tell you (for example, if you fill out a form the tells you it will be matched with automatically collected data).

We Collect Device Information Using the Following Technologies:

We refer to this information as “Order Information”. All credit and debit card data is provided directly to our PCI-compliant third- party payment processor. We do not directly access, handle, or store identifiable data contained on your credit or debit card aside from the last four digits of your payment card to facilitate future orders and/or generate reports. We may keep a record of your purchases.

You may also register for an account the Site. To do so, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email and other personal information that you provide us to register for an account. We refer to this information as “Account Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, and Account Information.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information to others.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We may share information about visitors to the Site:

  • With our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers to help provide services that are described above;
  • With third party service providers that help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys, if you have agreed to receive them;
  • With companies that provide services to us, such as website hosting services or credit card processing services;

We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to analyze website traffic, to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a court order, subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, to prevent or investigate a crime or fraud or to otherwise protect our rights. We reserve the right to report to appropriate law enforcement or government agencies activities that we, in good faith, believe to be harmful or unlawful, with or without providing notice to you.

Do Not Track

Many internet browsers have "Do Not Track" features which, when turned on, send a signal (the "DNT signal") to the websites a user visits that indicates the use does not want to be tracked. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret DNT signals, and there is no common definition of "tracking", we do not currently respond to DNT signals on the Site.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. You have the right to request information regarding the categories of information that have been collected about you, the purpose for collecting or selling that information, the categories of third parties with whom the information has been shared; and the specific data that has been collected. We will confirm receipt of your request and ask you to confirm your identity in order to fulfill these requests. If we are able to collect and provide the information, we will do so. Protecting Children's Privacy

The Site is intended to be used by individuals over the age of 18, and use by anyone under 13 years of age is prohibited. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 years of age, we will promptly remove such information. Access from Outside the United States; Acceptance of Policy

We only intend to offer access to goods and services within the United States, and the Site is only intended to be used by Users in the United States.
